A 9-van plumbing company was sending every night and weekend call to voicemail. After switching to an AI receptionist with missed call text-back, they tripled after-hours bookings in 60 days.

The problem

Emergency calls came in between 7pm and 6am, when nobody was on the phone. Callers left no voicemail — they simply dialled the next plumber on the search results page. The owner estimated 15 to 20 lost jobs a month with no way to prove it.
